Wet sand with a 600 grit sandpaper to remove damaged laminate. Dry thoroughly. Wipe with provided isopropyl alcohol towelette. Apply one even coat to both lenses. Flash-Cure with 89314 UV wand or natural sunlight. Tack free in 8 to 10 minutes of sunlight and approximately 1 minute per lens with a UV curing wand.
