Long Description
BLACK MAGIC staples are cost saving, completely non-metal staples used in retread tire manufacturing. These composite fasteners are made in the U.S.A. and do not need to be removed from the tire because they melt during the curing cycle. Using BLACK MAGIC staples reduces tire envelope damage, prevents abrasion marks from removing metal staples, and results in lower product costs and fewer re-runs. They are used to: Hold the spliced ends of tread. Hold the wick pad. Hold Poly Film in place. Hold tire tags.
