    Rim Base & Bead Seat Band/Pulling Tool. For giant tire & earth mover tires. Designed to lift the rim base from the tire, remove the bead seat band from the tire, or aid in the seating of the bead seat band during inflation. Features a 4 point chainand hook assembly and attaches to the boom end.
