    Extruder Gun Clean Out Rope. Extruder clean out rope will not cure. It is used at the end of the shift to flush out all the regular extruder rope in the barrel. The next morning, after the extruder gun is heated to operating temperature, the operator feeds regular extruder rope and flushes through the gun until all the white material is ejected through the tip.

    Features

    CAUTION: Clean extruder guns thoroughly if unused for 20 minutes.

    Operation with cured rubber in the barrel may cause the extruder to bind resulting in severe damage.
